Manulife Philippines has appointed Victor Tanjuakio as its new chief corporate solutions and alternative distribution officer. Tanjuakio, who brings over 35 years of experience with top insurance organizations in the Philippines, will spearhead the company’s efforts to drive sustainable growth in its corporate solutions business.
Rahul Hora, president and CEO of Manulife Philippines, praised Tanjuakio’s extensive expertise, noting his remarkable achievements in financial reporting, underwriting, risk management, marketing, sales, and talent development. “Victor’s leadership will be key in providing our group insurance clients with more innovative and tailored financial solutions,” Hora said.
In his new role, Tanjuakio will oversee teams managing multi-channel sales, pricing, accounts, operations, and digital transformation. He will also lead efforts to enhance the customer and distributor experience while driving business growth through strategic partnerships with financial institutions and digital players.
