Scam Watch Pilipinas has been recognized as one of the Top 3 Best Scam Fighting Awareness Campaigns globally at the 2025 Scam Fighter of the Year Awards, hosted by the Netherlands-based Global Anti-Scam Alliance (GASA).
GASA’s Scam Fighter Awards celebrate efforts of individuals, organizations, and initiatives worldwide in the fight against scams.
This year’s event has seen an overwhelming 750 nominations from across the globe, with each nomination representing collaboration, resilience, and innovation in fighting scams to help consumers.
Adding to the honor, Cybercrime Investigation and Coordinating Center Undersecretary Alexander Ramos was named Runner-Up for Best Scam Fighting Individual, while CICC secured the Runner-Up award for Best Scam Fighting Organization.
The GASA recognition, according to CICC,is truly humbling and an affirmation of thr collective fight against scams on a global scale.
