Best workplaces across PH launches in Pasay

Great Place To Work® Philippines is set to honor leading organizations across the country at the Best Workplaces in the Philippines™ 2025 awards event, scheduled Thursday, 27 March 2025. The recognition highlights companies that excel in fostering exceptional workplace culture and prioritizing employee experience.

The event will showcase 50 top companies, spanning small, medium, and large enterprises. The organizations were selected based on comprehensive evaluations from over 750,000 employees across 11 industries. The 2025 awards are expected to expand even further, reflecting the diversity of workplaces in the Philippines dedicated to creating positive environments for their teams.

Companies were assessed through the Great Place To Work Trust Index™ Survey, which gauges employee satisfaction on key factors such as trust in leadership, pride in the company, and camaraderie. This feedback helps organizations pinpoint areas for improvement, ultimately supporting their mission to enhance workplace culture.

Antoniette Mendoza-Talosig, managing partner at Great Place To Work® Philippines, said, “Through the Best Workplaces recognition, we celebrate companies that go beyond standard practices to build genuine communities within their organizations. When companies invest in their people and nurture a culture of trust, both business and employees thrive together.”

At a time when technological innovation is often at the forefront, the awards highlight organizations that champion a people-first approach, proving that strong workplace culture is key to long-term success. Past winners, including Kollab, DHL, and Synchrony, set high standards for excellence, and the 2025 list promises to continue this tradition.

The Best Workplaces award underscores that fostering trust, building strong relationships, and cultivating company loyalty are essential to sustainable growth in today’s fast-changing business landscape. As part of a global initiative, Great Place To Work® surveys more than 20 million employees in 170 countries, reinforcing the importance of investing in people as the cornerstone of corporate success.
