Philippine fintech leader Eplayment is doubling down on its support for the creator economy with the launch of PIXEL Academy, an educational initiative under its content platform PIXEL. The workshop series kicks off on 26 April 2025 at Thames International School Inc., Quezon City, and aims to provide practical training and industry insights for aspiring content creators.
Nearly two years after the launch of its content aggregation and monetization platform PIXEL, Eplayment is investing further in creator education and empowerment. The academy is designed to go beyond theory, offering hands-on learning to help creators navigate the rapidly evolving digital landscape.
The first workshop features Dani Rogacion, CEO of Overdrive Studios, leading a masterclass titled Designing for Impact. Known for her work with major global and local brands, Rogacion will guide participants through essential branding topics like visual storytelling, mood board development, and niche creation. “It’s all about the branding and creating a niche for yourself when you’re a budding creator,” she shares.
Eplayment CEO Karlos Naidas emphasized the broader vision: “PIXEL Academy is more than just skill-building; it’s a platform for creators to connect, collaborate, and unlock opportunities through the shared community that PIXEL has built.”
With this new venture, Eplayment strengthens the commercial and educational value of its ecosystem, reinforcing its role as a digital enabler for creators. Registration for the event is now open to the public.
