Asticom Holding Co. Inc. has joined the Workday Partner Program, making Workday’s Human Capital Management (HCM) and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solutions available to businesses in the Philippines.
This partnership expands Asticom’s enterprise solutions portfolio and aligns with Globe Telecom’s goal of driving local digital transformation. Asti Business Services Inc. (ABSI), Asticom’s IT-BPO arm, will lead implementation, drawing on its experience in systems integration and digital services.
Workday serves over 11,500 customers worldwide, offering AI-powered tools to streamline HR and finance operations, improve decision-making, and boost efficiency. The collaboration combines Workday’s global technology with Asticom’s local expertise to help Philippine enterprises modernize processes, adapt to changing workforce needs, and support long-term growth.
Asticom president and CEO Mharicar Castillo-Reyes noted the partnership strengthens its lineup of world-class solutions to help businesses thrive in a digital economy. Workday ASEAN general manager Jess O’Reilly added that the alliance will bring intelligent tools to local firms, combining global standards with on-the-ground support.
