The Department of Agriculture and South Korean partners launched the Agriculture-based Central Data Ecosystem platform on Wednesday. Funded under South Korea’s aid program at P165 million, the system will replace outdated processes and separate databases with real-time information and AI. It will cut program rollout time by 80 percent, speed up aid delivery to farmers, consolidate key agricultural data, and help stabilize food prices. Some data will be released with delays to prevent market abuse, while essential supply details will remain available in real time.
