Globe restores full services; rolls out monsoon relief for customers 

Globe Telecom has fully restored mobile and broadband services disrupted by the Southwest Monsoon, following outages affecting nine NCR towns and two in Rizal for mobile, plus seven NCR cities and municipalities for broadband. Technical teams remain on site to monitor performance and finalize remaining repairs safely and quickly.

For the company, rapid restoration reinforces operational reliability and commitment to users amid severe weather. For customers, it restores essential communication, work, and digital access. Through Alagang Globe, support extends to hard-hit Bulacan, Pampanga, Bataan, Zambales, Pangasinan, La Union, Benguet, and Mountain Province: Prepaid and TM users get free unlimited calls and texts to all networks, 100 MB open data, and 100 MB for social apps valid one day; Postpaid due dates are extended. Broadband users receive tailored relief: Globe AT HOME Prepaid WiFi receives 5 GB free data over three days, GFiber Prepaid gets a three-day promo extension, and GFiber Postpaid gains 15 GB free data for 15 days plus extended payment deadlines. Those wishing to help may donate Globe Rewards points to Ayala Foundation via GlobeOne or give through GCash. Globe will continue monitoring networks and providing assistance as recovery proceeds.
