STI Education Systems Holdings Inc. (STI Holdings) grew its consolidated assets by 10 percent to P18.69 billion in the financial year ended June 2026, as strong tertiary enrollment and continued investments in campus infrastructure and education technology supported its financial performance.
Based on its audited financial statements, the group’s total assets increased to P17.01 billion as of June 30, 2025. Current assets likewise rose to P4.25 billion from P3.60 billion, reflecting higher cash and cash equivalents, receivables, property and equipment, and investment properties.
For School Year 2025-2026, the group posted net income of P2.01 billion on revenues of P5.55 billion, translating into a 36 percent net income margin as it continued spending on campus development and learning technologies.
The financial performance was underpinned by enrollment of 132,941 students across 66 campuses nationwide, despite weaker basic education intake following earlier class openings in public schools that affected private school enrollment across the sector.
Tertiary and technical-vocational programs, including those under the Technical Education and Skills Development Authority, accounted for 78 percent of the group’s student population, highlighting the importance of higher education to its operating base.
STI Holdings President and CEO Monico V. Jacob said the results reflected the resilience of the group’s core education business and sustained strength in tertiary enrollment.
He noted that the timing of revenue recognition affected quarterly comparisons, but full-year performance remained stable and aligned with management expectations.
Operationally, the group continued modernizing its academic offerings through specialized cybersecurity and computer-aided design platforms for criminology and information and communications technology students, as well as Adobe Creative Cloud licenses.
It also continued upgrading facilities and learning resources at Philippine School of Business Administration-Quezon City, acquired in May 2024, as it seeks to align academic programs with evolving industry requirements and improve graduate employability.
