Cebu Pacific has expanded direct flight operations from Iloilo with the reopening of flights to Tacloban and the introduction of a direct route to Zamboanga.
This brings the total number of direct flights from Iloilo to other areas to 11, further boosting the hub’s interconnectivity to the rest of the Philippines and other international destinations.
Starting 27 October this year, the CEB will operate flights between Iloilo and Tacloban four times weekly, while flights between Iloilo and Zamboanga will commence on 28 October three times weekly.
“The addition of our new domestic routes from Iloilo aligns with our mission of making air travel accessible to a wider range of passengers,” Xander Lao, CEB president and chief commercial officer, said.
“We look forward to flying more Juans across our growing inter-island network and better enabling them to discover the beautiful islands of the Philippines,” he added.
To celebrate the new routes, and starting from 4 September until 15 September this year, passengers may book direct flights from Iloilo to Tacloban and Zamboanga for as low as P1 one-way base fare, exclusive of fees and surcharges. The travel period is from 27 October this year until 31 May 2025.
CEB flies to 35 domestic and 26 international destinations across Asia, Australia, and the Middle East.
