Metropolitan Bank & Trust Co. (Metrobank) has been awarded a Gold Stevie at the 2024 International Business Awards for its impactful ‘Grow with Metrobank’ campaign. This campaign highlights customer growth stories through videos that showcase the experiences of both clients and Metrobank employees.
The campaign includes a customer story video and culture videos that emphasize a customer-first mindset among Metrobankers. It is the sole Philippine recipient in the Video for Financial Services-Banking category. Judges praised the campaign for effectively conveying the bank’s values and fostering a culture of care.

The awards program received over 3,600 nominations from 62 countries this year, recognizing excellence across various industries.
