Cebu Pacific is transferring more of its turboprop aircraft operations from Manila’s Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA) Terminal 2 to Clark International Airport, effective 26 October 2025. The move is in compliance with a 29 July resolution from the Department of Transportation’s Manila Slot Coordination Committee.
Under the shift, current Manila-based flights DG 6117/6118 (Manila–Naga–Manila) will be re-designated as DG 6129/6130, operating between Clark and Naga. Likewise, 5J 513/514 (Manila–San Jose–Manila) will become DG 6339/6340, operating from Clark to San Jose. Following the transition, direct Manila–Naga service will be reduced to once daily, while all Manila–San Jose flights will be rerouted entirely through Clark.
The Gokongwei-led airline said the changes support more efficient airport slot management and enhanced passenger experience. “CEB recognizes the importance of managing airport capacity effectively, which will lead to improved passenger experience and greater public convenience,” the carrier stated.
To promote the shift, Cebu Pacific is offering promotional one-way base fares from Clark to Naga and San Jose for as low as P1 (excluding fees and surcharges) for bookings made from 28 to 31 August 2025. The travel period runs through 31 March 2026.
Cebu Pacific currently operates flights to 37 domestic and 26 international destinations across Asia, Australia, and the Middle East.
