Globe expands 5G network in Davao

Globe has expanded its 5G network in Davao City, boosting coverage and capacity across several fast-growing barangays. New cell sites have been completed in Catalunan Grande, Manambulan, 30-C, 15-B, Talomo, Lizada, Sto. Niño, and Ladislawa Buhangin, aiming to meet the rising demand for reliable internet in one of the country’s largest urban centers.

The network rollout supports better access to digital services for residents, students, and small businesses. Improved connectivity enables smoother e-learning, online transactions, telehealth, and entertainment, while also enhancing experiences for tourists and visitors.

Globe’s expanded 5G services include offers such as Go+99 with free 4GB for 5G users, EasySURF 50 5G for TM subscribers, and GPlan options for postpaid users. Selected areas also benefit from high-speed Globe At Home broadband.

The upgrade is part of Globe’s ongoing commitment to sustainable digital inclusion and economic growth, targeting both urban hubs and emerging communities across the country.
