Aboitiz InfraCapital, Inc. (AIC) is adding new food, beverage, and retail outlets at Laguindingan International Airport in Misamis Oriental and Bohol–Panglao International Airport in Bohol as part of efforts to improve passenger experience.
The company said the upgrades, which began rolling out late last year, include new dining choices, expanded retail stores, and improved commercial spaces inside the terminals.
At Laguindingan airport, several new food outlets have opened, offering coffee, snacks, and local meals. Retail shops selling souvenirs, travel items, and locally made products have also been added. A new automated teller machine is now available for passengers.

Meanwhile, Bohol–Panglao airport has introduced new retail stores, including duty-free and souvenir shops that feature local products. A new ATM has also been installed for travelers.
AIC said it is also refurbishing dining and retail areas in both airports to make them more accessible and organized.
The developments are part of a broader modernization program set to run from 2025, following concession agreements awarded by the government in 2024. The initiative aims to improve airport services, boost tourism, and support local businesses.
AIC currently operates a growing network of airports in the Philippines, which together served about 16 million passengers by the end of 2025, accounting for over 20 percent of the country’s air traffic.
