Converge ICT Solutions Inc. expects its 2026 revenue to grow 8 to 10 percent, driven by more residential and enterprise subscribers and plans to build one million new fiber ports. At its annual stockholders’ meeting, president Mary Grace Uy reported the firm earned ₱44.8 billion in 2025, up 10.2 percent year-on-year. In the first quarter of 2026, revenue rose 3.7 percent to ₱11.2 billion while net income reached ₱3.02 billion, with profit margins staying among the industry’s strongest despite growth falling slightly short of targets.
To support expansion, the company allocated ₱18 billion to ₱23 billion in capital spending this year, up from ₱17 billion in 2025. CEO Dennis Anthony Uy said new fiber lines will prioritize underserved areas including Palawan, Zamboanga, and key cities in Mindanao to bring connectivity where it is most needed.
The board also appointed former Supreme Court senior associate justice Estela Perlas-Bernabe as its new chairperson—the first woman to hold the role. She succeeds Jose De Jesus, who led the board since the company’s 2020 stock market listing and will remain as independent director. De Jesus highlighted Perlas-Bernabe’s reputation for integrity, noting her appointment strengthens the company’s focus on fairness and accountability.
