BPI expands financial wellness offerings with Auntie Anne’s

The Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI) has partnered with Pretiolas Philippines Inc., operator of Auntie Anne’s in the country, to roll out BPI Salary On-Demand for its over 500 employees.

This service lets workers access a portion of their earned wages ahead of payday via the PayWage app—it is not a loan. It helps manage cash flow, cover unexpected costs, and avoid high-interest debt.

BPI’s head of agency banking Rally Jereza said the tool empowers staff to handle financial gaps securely. Pretiolas CEO Jose Mikkel Paris added the benefit supports employee well-being and builds trust.

The move is part of BPI’s push to modernize payroll solutions and boost financial inclusion across Filipino workplaces.
