Megaworld Corp. said Wednesday it will launch the 10-story Oceanfront Premier Residences at the Paragua Coastown, the listed property developer’s expansive ecotourism township project in San Vicente, Palawan.
San Vicente is famous for its nearly 15 kilometers-long stretch of white sand beach, the longest in the Philippines and the second-longest in Southeast Asia.
The first beachside residential project in 462-hectare Paragua Coastown, Oceanfront Premier will offer 189 units of varying sizes equipped with wireless smart home systems.
Megaworld expects to generate sales of P2.3 billion from Oceanfront Premier, which is scheduled for completion in 2028.
The beachside condominium will also be located close to the soon-to-be-completed 306-room Savoy Palawan—Megaworld’s first hotel in Palawan.
