Isla Lipana & Co./PwC Philippines has admitted four new partners effective July 1, strengthening its assurance practice as demand grows for more sophisticated audit, risk and governance services amid an increasingly complex business environment.
The Philippine member firm of the PwC network named Calvin Casingcasing, Rikki Marvin Dalangin and Ronnel Nuñez as assurance partners, alongside Dylan Yee of PricewaterhouseCoopers Services, its Brunei branch providing assurance and related services.
The appointments deepen the firm’s expertise across high-growth and highly regulated sectors, including technology, telecommunications, banking, financial services, insurance, manufacturing, healthcare and logistics, reflecting the evolving needs of clients navigating digital transformation, tighter regulations and cross-border operations.
The four new partners have led complex multinational engagements, contributed to audit quality and methodology initiatives, and completed international secondments in Finland, Japan, Switzerland, the US, Malaysia and Indonesia, bringing broader global experience to the firm’s regional practice.
“One of the things I’m most proud of is seeing our professionals grow into leaders,” said Roderick Danao, chairman and senior partner of Isla Lipana & Co./PwC Philippines.
“Their admission to the partnership reflects both their individual achievements and our continued investment in the next generation of leaders who will help shape the future of our firm,” he said.
Danao added that the appointments demonstrate the firm’s commitment to building leaders who combine technical excellence with client service and people leadership.
“Their journeys reflect the values we aspire to as a firm, and we look forward to the leadership, partnership, and energy they will bring as partners,” he said.
The expanded partnership comes as professional services firms continue investing in specialized talent to help clients address increasingly complex financial reporting, regulatory compliance and business transformation requirements.
