GMA Network Inc. on Thursday reported having the highest video views across all advertising-based video on demand (AVOD) platforms — Facebook, Tiktok, YouTube, and Twitter — for the month of June, besting other local media companies.
The Gozon-led broadcasting company said it earned the highest rank among Filipino media companies for the month, attracting more than 3.8 billion total video views across all platforms.
Overall, the network ranked 16th on the Tubular Leaderboard Worldwide Rankings.
On Facebook, GMA emerged on top with a total of 2.4 billion video views, leading over ABS-CBN with 1.6 billion views for the said period.
The Kapuso Network also dominated TikTok with its 754 million video views versus ABS-CBN’s 651 million.
Tubular Leaderboard Worldwide Rankings include global content giants such as Walt Disney, Moonbug, Paramount, and Warner Bros.
Metrics for Tubular Rankings include views, engagement rate, social media shares, and subscriber growth across all AVOD platforms.
In 2022, GMA Network’s AVOD platforms outclassed other local media companies on Tubular Leaderboard Worldwide Rankings for the entire fourth quarter, ending the year at Number 17.
