Cebu Landmasters Inc. (CLI) is expanding its Bohol footprint with a 5.6-hectare residential project in Tagbilaran City, adding a third site as the Visayas-Mindanao developer taps rising housing demand in one of the region’s fastest-growing markets.
The property in Barangay Bool will host another Velmiro development alongside CLI’s first Mirani mid-rise condominium in Bohol, giving the company a broader residential lineup across different price segments.
The expansion follows strong sales at CLI’s existing Bohol projects. The 256-unit Velmiro Greens Bohol in Dauis is fully completed and undergoing turnover, with all units expected to be handed over by the end of 2026.
Costa Mira Beachtown Panglao, meanwhile, has sold 98 percent of its 1,056 units, underscoring demand for CLI’s residential offerings in the province.
“Bohol continues to show strong potential, and our performance here gives us confidence to deepen our commitment to the province,” CLI President and CEO Jose Franco Soberano said.
The new site is five to 10 minutes from Tagbilaran City proper and about four kilometers from Tagbilaran Port, giving residents access to schools, healthcare facilities, commercial centers, and transport links.
CLI said the project forms part of its strategy to diversify its residential portfolio while expanding its land bank in high-growth areas across the Visayas and Mindanao.
Soberano said Bohol continues to offer opportunities because of its strategic location, tourism-driven economy, infrastructure expansion, and growing demand for residential and commercial space.
The third site gives CLI a larger platform in Bohol while allowing it to serve both traditional subdivision buyers and consumers looking for more affordable condominium options.
For CLI, the expansion also reflects a broader strategy of building deeper positions in regional growth centers rather than relying primarily on the major urban markets of the Visayas.
