Rizal Commercial Banking Corp. (RCBC) has secured a place in the Philippines’ Best Employers 2027 list for the fourth consecutive year, ranking among the country’s top two privately owned domestic banks.
The Yuchengco-led universal bank was included in the top 100 employers nationwide in an independent survey conducted by global research and data firm Statista. The assessment covered companies across industries, evaluating employee satisfaction, workplace culture, and employer reputation.
RCBC attributed its sustained recognition to its people-first approach to human capital management, which emphasizes an inclusive workplace, employee development, and a supportive environment for diverse talent.
The bank said its strategy rests on the belief that empowered and engaged employees are better positioned to deliver quality customer service and build lasting relationships with clients, extending beyond routine financial transactions.
“Being recognized for four consecutive years as one of the nation’s top employers reflects the strength and heart of our organization, our people,” RCBC President and CEO Reggie B. Cariaso said.

Currently the country’s fifth-largest privately owned bank, RCBC said the recognition reinforces its commitment to workplace excellence alongside its efforts to expand digital banking and financial services.
The annual employer ranking provides an independent measure of workplace reputation and employee sentiment, highlighting companies that have sustained their appeal as places to work amid competition for talent across industries.
