Megaworld Corp. on Tuesday projected generating P29 billion in sales from its sixth residential condominium tower at its 15.4-hectare Uptown Bonifacio township in Taguig.
As the biggest single-tower Megaworld residential development in Uptown Bonifacio in terms of the number of units, the 54-story Uptown Modern offers more than 1,000 units of varying unit sizes. Its studio units with and without balcony measure up to 49 square meters, a one bedroom unit with balcony has up to 83 square meters, a two-bedroom with balcony or lanai up to 100 square meters, a two-bedroom loft with or without lanai has up to 183 square meters and a three-bedroom with balcony has up to 139 square meters.
All units at Uptown Modern will be equipped with wireless smart home systems that residents can access remotely using a dedicated smartphone app. This gives unit owners control of several features, including lighting fixtures and other smart appliances in the living, kitchen and dining areas, as well as the bedroom.
Each unit come with a digital lockset for the main door, inverter split-type air-conditioning units, induction cooktop with range hood, refrigerator, microwave oven and washer-dryer. The bigger units also come with built-in ovens.
Standing out as a feature of Uptown Modern’s façade are the six sky gardens located on the 14th, 27th, 39th and 47th floors of the tower.
Each of the sky gardens, whose individual heights equal three floors, will provide residents a place to relax, converge and enjoy the outdoors. Aside from this, two roof gardens are located on the 39th and 47th floors.
With Uptown Modern, Megaworld now has an inventory of around 4,500 residential units in Uptown Bonifacio alone. Other residential developments in the township include One Uptown Residences, Uptown Ritz, Uptown Parksuites and Uptown Arts Residence.
The development of Uptown Modern is scheduled for completion by 2032.
