Borough Lasik Center, the country’s leader in vision correction procedures, on Friday said it is eyeing to expand its operations in the Visayas and Mindanao.
Dr. Ches Heredia, chief executive of Borough Lasik said the company is set to expand in Cagayan de Oro, General Santos and Bacolod.
Currently, Borough Lasik has three branches located in Mall of Asia, Iloilo and Davao.
“We continue to strive to provide the best for the Filipinos in terms of eye care,” Heredia said.

Borough Lasik recently received recognition for having the most number of installation of the SCWIND AMARIS excimer laser in the Philippines. It was given by the Schwind Eye Tech Solutions Germany and Transmedic Group, who are distributors.
The Schwind Amaris excimer laser is a high-performance laser system used in refractive surgery to reshape the cornea and correct vision problems such as nearsightedness, farsightedness, and astigmatism. The Schwind Amaris laser uses advanced technology to provide precise and accurate results with faster recovery times.
The awarding was held at the ongoing 6th Asean Ophthalmology Society Congress, which is organized in conjunction with the Annual Congress of the Philippine Academy of Ophthalmology at the SMX Convention Center in Pasay City.
