    Cabuyao LGU taps Ninja Van to help it deliver necessary service

    Ninja Van Philippines, a tech-enabled express logistics company, partners with the local government of Cabuyao, Laguna to boost the security, business continuity, and streamline the delivery of services in its locality.

    “This partnership with the Cabuyao City local government is meaningful to us as Cabuyao is the host city of Ninja Van’s largest automated sorting hub not just in the Philippines but across Southeast Asia,” Jose Alvin Perez, Ninja Van, country head said. The enterprise has conducted its business in the city since 2018 and the partnership is its latest nation-building initiative in collaboration with local and national government bodies. 

    “We want to maximize Cabuyao’s strategic location as an investment and trade hub, and we want to expand livelihood opportunities of the city’s residents,” he added. 

    Perez said the 21,000 square-meter sorting facility in the city employs 2,400 people. 

    Beyond this, Sabina Lopez-Vergara, Ninja Van chief commercial officer, said the company helps capacitate the city’s micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) by harnessing digital trends such as social commerce. 

    Ninja Van Philippines has worked with the Department of Trade and Industry in helping MSMEs build their capacity and holds the distinction as the first private courier partner of the Supreme Court of the Philippines

    The company is a tech-enabled express logistics business providing hassle-free delivery solutions for enterprises of all sizes across Southeast Asia, with a strong presence in Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Vietnam and Thailand.
