Launched as the first residential tower within the 14.6-hectare Manresa Town, One Manresa Place generated PHP4 billion in sales during its two-day launch event and is now nearly 90 percent sold. The strong market response reinforces CLI’s strategic push into key urban hubs outside Metro Manila.
Anchored by Xavier University’s upcoming Masterson Campus, Manresa Town is a mixed-use township that combines academic, residential, and commercial components. One Manresa Place offers modern studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom units designed for students, professionals, and families, with prices ranging from PHP4.6 million to PHP18.5 million.
“Our strong performance in CDO proves that the appetite for well-planned, high-quality communities in VisMin remains strong and underserved,” said CLI chairman and chief executive officer Jose Soberano III. “We’re building where the growth is—and where the long-term value lies.”
CLI’s success in CDO mirrors a broader trend: with nearly 50 percent of the country’s 6.7 million housing backlog in VisMin, demand in the region continues to rise—positioning it as a key engine for real estate growth in the Philippines.
