DMCI Holdings declares P6.4B in special cash dividends; 2024 dividends reach P1.20 per share

The board of directors of DMCI Holdings, Inc. approved the declaration of P0.48 per common share in special cash dividends for shareholders on record as of 30 October 2024.

Ex-dividend date has been set on 29 October 2024 while payment will be made on 15 November 2024.

This is on top of DMC’s payment of P0.72 per common share in regular and special dividends declared on 14 April.

With this October declaration, DMC’s total dividend payout for 2024 reached P1.20 per share or P15.9 billion, which represents 65 percent of the company’s core net income in 2023.

DMCI Holdings has a dividend policy that commits to a dividend payout ratio of at least 25 percent of the preceding year’s consolidated core net income.

The total payout translates to 10 percent in dividend yield, based on DMC’s 15 October 2024 closing price of P11.72.
