    Ayala Group clinches Gold Stevie Awards for purpose-driven innovation

    The Ayala Group was honored with six Gold Stevie Awards at this year’s prestigious international business awards, underscoring the corporate giant’s commitment to innovation with real-world impact. The awards recognize Ayala’s purpose-driven programs and leadership that have delivered tangible benefits to Filipinos across financial inclusion, sustainability, social development, and employee engagement.

    “This recognition from the Stevie Awards affirms the work we do to make a difference in people’s lives,” said Ayala Corporation President and CEO Cezar P.     Among the Gold-winning initiatives:

    • Ayala Land and Makati Development Corporation won for the KaAgaPay Vendor Financing Program, a zero-collateral, tech-enabled financing platform aimed at easing capital access for SMEs.
    • Ayala Foundation Inc. was recognized for THRIVE: Stories from the Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program, a publication spotlighting transformative narratives from the government’s 4Ps social welfare initiative.
    • BPI’s “May BPI Dito!” campaign was lauded for expanding banking access to underserved communities, opening 200,000 new accounts in its first year.
    • Ayala Corporation’s “Saludo sa Serbisyo” initiative was awarded for its multi-sectoral support program for uniformed personnel, including affordable housing, healthcare, and job opportunities.
    • STT GDC Philippines earned top honors in sustainability for its leadership in green data center development, powered by 100% renewable energy.
    • Maria Virginia Eala, BPI Chief Human Resources Officer, was named Innovative HR Executive of the Year for spearheading initiatives that strengthened employee engagement and performance.

    In total, the Ayala Group bagged 22 Stevie Awards this year, signaling widespread recognition of its innovation excellence and reinforcing its commercial leadership across sectors. The accolades also enhance Ayala’s positioning with investors, partners, and customers as a forward-thinking and socially responsible conglomerate.
