Japanese Ambassador to the Philippines Endo Kazuya visited the First Philippine Industrial Park (FPIP) in Batangas on October 22, 2025, where he attended the inauguration of Murata Manufacturing’s new production building.
In his remarks, Ambassador Endo underscored the vital role of Japanese companies such as Murata in supporting the Philippine economy through job creation and the introduction of advanced technologies that help uplift communities and industries.
He congratulated Murata on the opening of its new facility, describing it as a symbol of Japan and the Philippines’ shared commitment to building a future-ready, resilient, and inclusive economy.
Ambassador Endo also reaffirmed Japan’s support for initiatives that strengthen the Philippines’ position in the global electronics supply chain, aligning with the country’s goals for industrial growth and technological advancement.
