Ayala Land Inc. has signed an agreement with Abba’s Orchard Montessori to build the school’s largest K–12 campus inside the Vermosa development in Imus, Cavite.
The new campus will be Abba’s Orchard’s biggest in the Philippines, reflecting growing demand for private, values-based education in the area.
The school will offer a complete K–12 program, allowing students to continue their education from early childhood through senior high school in one campus.
As a Maria Montessori School, the campus will follow a child-centered approach to learning. It will also be the first Abba’s Orchard campus to offer programs under the Association Montessori Internationale (AMI), considered the global standard for Montessori education and teacher training.
The project is also part of Abba’s Orchard’s plan to establish the country’s first AMI Training Center at the Vermosa campus.
Development will follow a phased timeline covering design, government approvals, construction, and teacher training.
The contract signing was attended by Ayala Land officials Kristin Raval-Ofilada and Nona Torres, along with Abba’s Orchard founders Joseph Christopher Barrameda and Maria Angelica Barrameda.
Abba’s Orchard Montessori currently operates 14 campuses nationwide and began its operations in Bukidnon in 1998.
