Globe Telecom has unveiled its 2026 Rewards program, underscoring a stronger push to make customer loyalty more meaningful and practical as economic pressures persist.
At its Globe Blueprint Q1 event on February 19, the company reinforced its commitment to what it calls “true connectivity” — defined not only by internet speed, but by reliability, affordability, and quality of service that enable Filipinos to fully participate in the digital economy. Anchored on the theme “Connectivity for Every Filipino,” the revamped rewards program aims to convert points into tangible, everyday benefits.
Globe said that in today’s financial climate, rewards points should represent more than accumulated spending. Instead, they should translate into real savings and useful services. Under the new program, customers can redeem 105 points for a ₱100 bill payment voucher through GCash, helping ease the cost of monthly utilities. Subscribers can also use as little as one point to access limited-time offers such as unlimited calls to all networks for a day, ensuring instant connectivity when needed.
The program further allows customers to exchange points for daily essentials and small treats, including transport vouchers from Move It and food items such as a Yumburger from Jollibee. Members are also given the opportunity to win a vehicle from electric car manufacturer BYD.
Peter Ramirez, Globe’s head of loyalty, said the initiative ensures that every point earned delivers felt value, whether through bill payments, meals, or added mobile services.
Industry observers note that beyond consumer incentives, the program carries corporate significance. By aligning rewards with practical needs, Globe is strengthening customer engagement and reinforcing brand loyalty at a time of tighter household budgets. The move also highlights the telco’s continuing investments in dependable and accessible services, positioning the company as a leader in delivering connectivity that extends beyond speed and into everyday impact.
