Cebu Pacific to integrate AirSWIFT flights under Cebgo starting July 2026

Cebu Pacific (CEB) announced Monday it will transfer all AirSWIFT operations to its subsidiary Cebgo effective July 1, 2026, marking a key step in the airline’s network integration strategy.

According to the carrier, existing flight schedules and services will remain unchanged to ensure a seamless transition. Routes serving El Nido—including connections to Clark, Boracay, Bohol, Cebu, and Coron—will continue operating as planned. AirSWIFT’s current T6 flight code will be replaced with DG, the designator used for Cebgo flights.

The move follows CEB’s acquisition of AirSWIFT from ALI Capital Corp., a subsidiary of Ayala Land Inc., in October 2024 for ₱1.75 billion. Integrating the brand strengthens the Gokongwei-led budget carrier’s footprint in key tourist markets across the Philippines.

Cebu Pacific currently serves 35 domestic and 26 international destinations. Officials advised passengers to book only via the airline’s official website, mobile app, or authorized partners to avoid booking and management issues.
