DMCI Homes is targeting a February 2027 opening for Solmera Beach Park Resort in San Juan, Batangas, as it expands into large-scale leisure and events-driven tourism developments outside Metro Manila.
Located within the 7.5-hectare Solmera Coast estate, the beachfront resort is designed as an integrated destination combining leisure, hospitality, and large-format event facilities, catering to families, corporate groups, and weekend travelers seeking accessible escapes from the capital.
The development reflects continued strength in domestic tourism, supported by improved road networks and rising demand for beach, eco-tourism, and experience-based travel destinations across Southern Luzon.

A centerpiece of the resort will be a 4,000-square-meter pool complex featuring lap, kiddie, and pavilion areas. Elevated amenities at the Matahari Building will include a Sky Deck Pool and Sky Promenade offering panoramic coastal and mountain views.
The property will also feature a wide dining mix, including all-day dining, specialty restaurants showcasing Filipino and fusion cuisine, and a rooftop venue combining dining and bar concepts.
Beyond leisure offerings, Solmera is being positioned as an events hub. A convention center with more than 2,000 square meters of function space, supported by a 935-square-meter veranda, will accommodate conferences, exhibitions, weddings, and large-scale gatherings. Additional indoor and outdoor venues, landscaped lawns, and flexible function rooms are designed to support year-round event activity.
The resort will offer studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom suites, targeting both short-stay leisure guests and longer event-related accommodations.
Managed by DMCI Hospitality and Leisure Inc. under the DMCI Resorts brand, Solmera Beach Park Resort is expected to strengthen the company’s presence in the growing domestic tourism and MICE (meetings, incentives, conferences, and exhibitions) segment in Southern Luzon.
