Arthaland sells portion of premium Sondris project

Arthaland Corporation has sold roughly 14 percent of its premium Sondris residential development in Makati, just one month after its official launch. According to Arthaland marketing head Pamela S. Go, demand has been strongest for the project’s three-bedroom and entry-level one-bedroom units. Three-bedroom units start at ₱80 million for 135 to 137 square meters, make up only 7 percent of the total development, and are being purchased mostly by end-users. The 37-story tower located along Antonio Arnaiz Avenue is a joint venture between Arthaland and Japan’s Mitsui Fudosan Co.—one of the world’s largest real estate groups, known for landmarks including Tokyo Disneyland and Tokyo Dome Arena—and is projected to generate total sales of around ₱12 billion.
