Maya’s AI-first workforce approach wins global recognition

Maya, the country’s leading digital financial services platform, uses AI to improve recruitment, branding, onboarding, and employee engagement—not to replace human judgment, but to cut friction and build better experiences. This approach earned seven honors at the 2026 Stevie Awards for Great Employers.

AI helps match candidates to roles and personalize outreach, while people remain in charge of all decisions. Maya also gives clearer pre-application insights, structured onboarding, and purpose-driven engagement. “AI-first means using technology to help people focus on valuable work,” said chief people officer Carla G. Lanza.

Awards include Silver for Employer Branding and Lanza as CHRO of the Year; Gold for Employee Engagement’s Andrea Agatha Pascual; and Bronze for hiring, culture, onboarding, and payroll’s Rose Ann Belangoy. Winners were chosen by global judges and public votes, reflecting Maya’s responsible, organization-wide AI use.
