Golden Visa Centrale (GVC) is holding a series of roadshows this week to introduce Filipino investors to residency-by-investment opportunities in Portugal and Greece, highlighting investment costs, potential income and residency requirements.
The Philippines-based consultancy said more than 400 families have started Golden Visa applications through its services. Vicky Luis, GVC co-founder and president, will lead the sessions, which aim to explain the financial commitments and eligibility conditions associated with the two European programs.
For Portugal, GVC will present a €500,000 private equity fund investment linked to a real estate project in Caparica, approximately 20 minutes from central Lisbon. According to the company, the program may offer a pathway to citizenship after five years, subject to eligibility requirements, with a minimal physical stay requirement.
The consultancy will also discuss Greece’s residency-by-investment option through a €250,000 investment in Athena Arts House, a property in downtown Athens.
GVC said the investment offers fixed annual rental income equivalent to 6% for the first five years, subject to the applicable investment terms. The sessions will cover the residency pathway and benefits available to eligible family members.
The roadshows come as investors weigh European residency options against their financial requirements, potential returns and long-term mobility benefits. However, prospective applicants will need to assess the relevant program rules, investment conditions and eligibility criteria before committing funds.
The first session is scheduled for October 28 at 5:30 p.m. at the Intramuros Tent, Manila House. A second session will take place on October 29, from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., at Shangri-La at the Fort in Bonifacio Global City.
The briefings will give prospective investors an opportunity to examine the two offerings and understand the requirements involved before deciding whether either program fits their investment and residency objectives.
