Century Properties Group Inc. (CPGI) is adding 3,265 homes worth a combined P6.35 billion to its portfolio through two new developments in Laguna and Batangas, targeting workers near major industrial and employment hubs in CALABARZON.
The company secured licenses to sell for PHirst Sights Calauan West in Calauan, Laguna, and PHirst Sights Batangas in Lipa, bringing the brand’s regional launches to three this year following PHirst Sights Tayabas in Quezon.
Calauan West will offer 682 homes across six hectares in Barangay Masit, with estimated sales of P981.1 million. The development is about 30 to 40 minutes from the Calamba-Sto. Tomas manufacturing cluster.
The larger PHirst Sights Batangas will comprise 2,583 homes across 30 hectares spanning Barangay Tangob in Padre Garcia and Barangay San Francisco in Lipa. It carries estimated sales of P5.37 billion.
The Batangas project is about 30 to 45 minutes from Light Industry & Science Park III and First Philippine Industrial Park in Sto. Tomas, positioning it to serve workers seeking homes closer to their workplaces.
“We are opening our doors to the Laguna and Batangas workforce who want to own a home closer to their jobs,” said CPGI president and chief executive Marco Antonio.
He said clustering residential communities allows the company to improve service delivery and construction efficiency.
The two developments are PHirst’s first launches since its September merger into CPGI, bringing the first-home business directly under the listed parent company.
CPGI is also preparing two more launches in Central Luzon and the Davao Region before year-end, subject to regulatory approvals.
