The Energy Regulatory Commission (ERC) has granted Manila Electric Co. (Meralco) provisional authority to implement power supply agreements (PSAs) with renewable energy (RE) providers Gigasol 3 Inc. and San Roque Hydro Power Inc. (SRHI).
