DICT seeks Tokyo assistance on bomb threat vs Manila offices

The Cybercrime Investigation and Coordinating Center (CICC) of the Department of Information and Communications Technology (DICT) on Monday requested the Japanese government to look into and identify the sender of a bomb threat sent by email to at least six government agencies.
