Fisher Mall is strengthening its position as a one-stop destination by expanding access to government services, retail essentials, wellness offerings, and entertainment facilities under one roof.
The mall operator said its integrated approach is aimed at helping Filipinos streamline daily errands by combining transactions, shopping, and leisure activities in a single visit. Central to the strategy are government service hubs at its Quezon Avenue and Malabon branches, which house agencies such as the Bureau of Internal Revenue, Social Security System, and Pag-IBIG Fund.
“At Fisher Mall, we’ve always believed that a mall should go beyond being a place to shop,” Fisher Mall Group of Companies president Raymond del Rosario said, noting that the company aims to create spaces that support customers’ day-to-day needs.
The mall remains anchored by Fisher Supermarket and Fisher Department Store, while broadening its tenant mix to include wellness and lifestyle offerings such as martial arts, ballet, and fitness classes. Entertainment facilities, including cinemas, family recreation centers, and indoor attractions, are also being expanded to drive foot traffic and longer customer stays.
The move reflects a wider shift in the retail industry, where mall operators are increasingly diversifying beyond traditional shopping to capture demand for services, experiences, and community-oriented spaces.
By combining government transactions, household shopping, and leisure activities in one location, Fisher Mall is betting that convenience will remain a key driver of consumer spending and visitor traffic.
