FAST opens Davao mega hub to boost Mindanao reach

FAST Logistics Group is strengthening its presence in Mindanao with the opening of a new logistics mega hub in Davao City, expanding its nationwide distribution network and enhancing supply chain capabilities in one of the country’s fastest-growing regions.

The new FAST Davao Logistics and Crossdock Mega Hub, located in Acacia, Barangay Indangan, offers 18,608 square meters of leasable warehouse space and capacity for 13,840 pallet positions, providing businesses with greater storage and distribution capabilities in Southern Mindanao.

Strategically situated about 12 kilometers from the Francisco Bangoy International Airport and 15 kilometers from the Port of Sasa, the facility is designed to connect air, sea, and land transport networks, enabling faster and more efficient movement of goods.

The investment further expands FAST’s nationwide footprint to more than two million square meters of warehouse space spread across over 160 hubs, making it the country’s largest warehousing network. Its facilities collectively provide more than one million dry pallet positions and 30,000 cold-storage pallet positions, supporting industries ranging from manufacturing and retail to food production and agribusiness.

“FAST Davao Logistics and Crossdock Mega Hub strengthens our ability to serve businesses across Mindanao with greater speed, scale, and reliability,” said FAST CEO for Logistics Manuel L. Onrejas Jr.

The company currently handles about one billion cases in annual throughput and continues to invest in infrastructure to meet growing demand for integrated logistics services.

Designed to serve both large corporations and small enterprises, the hub offers flexible warehousing arrangements, including a pay-per-pallet, per-day model. Operations are supported by FAST’s Warehouse Management System, providing real-time inventory visibility and streamlined order fulfillment.

The Davao facility complements the company’s existing warehouse in Sasa and follows the recent opening of a 1.8-hectare warehouse in Opol, further strengthening its logistics network across Mindanao.

The expansion underscores FAST’s growing bet on Mindanao as a key logistics and trade corridor, supporting faster distribution and improved supply chain resilience for businesses operating in the region.
