House Quadcom holds hearings to accommodate Duterte

The House Quad Committee holds hearings Wednesday on extrajudicial killings during the “War on Drugs” of the administration of former President Rodrigo Duterte. The meeting was earlier postponed to Nov. 21 but after the camp of the Duterte announced he is already in Manila to attend the hearings, the Quadcom relented to accommodate the schedule of the former President. Heated exchanges are expected to flare up during Duterte’s testimony.
