RHK Land Corp., a joint venture between Robinsons Land Corp. and Hongkong Land, celebrated another successful year with the 2025 Regalia Sales Excellence Awards at the Grand Hyatt Manila.
Now in its second year, the event—held under the theme “Galaxy of Greatness: We Are All Made of Stars”—honored the company’s top in-house sellers and broker partners, recognizing their outstanding contributions to RHK Land’s continued success in the luxury real estate market.
Among the evening’s awardees were Ralph Christian Igot, who took home the Top Property Specialist, Sales Superstar, Top Property Specialist in Unit Sales, and Comet Closer awards; Karl Michael Ontengco, named Top Sales Managerand Sales Superstar; and Janet B. Sy, who received the Top Broker Award. Heritage Partners Realty (Remax Capital)was also recognized as Top Broker Group and Market Maverick.
Guests arrived in celestial-inspired outfits, matching the event’s cosmic theme, and enjoyed raffle prizes including a Dyson Air Purifier, an iPad Air M3, and a Vespa S 125 as the grand prize. Each seller and broker also received a Nutribullet Pro 900 Blender as a token of appreciation. Performances by SpongeCola and DJ Marc Marasigan added to the night’s energy and celebration.
The celebration came on the heels of a major achievement for Mybelle V. Aragon-GoBio, president and CEO of Robinsons Land and RHK Land, who was recently named one of Forbes Asia’s Power Businesswomen of 2025.
