SM Hotels and Conventions Corp. is stepping harder on the growth pedal, setting a 2027 opening for Park Inn by Radisson SM City Dasmariñas as it rapidly expands its nationwide hotel pipeline.
SM Hotels said the new Park Inn by Radisson Dasmariñas, developed with long-time partner Radisson Hotel Group (RHG), is scheduled to welcome guests in the fourth quarter of 2027. The property is positioned to capture rising demand for business travel, meetings, and leisure in Cavite, one of Southern Luzon’s fastest-growing corridors.
Directly connected to SM City Dasmariñas, the hotel will feature 148 guestrooms, one suite, and a fitness center. An all-day dining restaurant spanning 332.81 square meters will seat up to 78 guests, while the meetings and events segment is supported by two function rooms with a combined area of nearly 240 square meters, plus three additional meeting rooms totaling close to 161 square meters.
The Dasmariñas project follows SM Hotel’s recent disclosure of three major hotel developments across the country, underscoring its aggressive yet strategic expansion strategy.
Among these is the Radisson Hotel SM Mall of Asia Manila, a joint SM Hotel–RHG project that will anchor a landmark dual-brand hospitality hub by 2031. Alongside it, Park Inn by Radisson SM Mall of Asia Manila will add 300 rooms, including 45 suites, to serve the country’s premier tourism and events district.
Further south, Park Inn by Radisson SM City Santa Rosa is slated for a 2029 opening, bringing 200 rooms, including 25 suites, to the fast-growing Santa Rosa city center.
