Isuzu closes in on ‘Road-to-50’ push

Isuzu Philippines Corp. (IPC) has tightened its grip on nationwide expansion with the reopening of a newly renovated, Isuzu Outlet Standard (IOS)-compliant dealership in Zamboanga City—bringing the brand within striking distance of its “Road to 50” goal.

Opened with dealer partner IZU South Motors Corp., the refreshed Zamboanga outlet becomes IPC’s 49th dealership in the country, underscoring Isuzu’s aggressive push to scale up in high-growth regional hubs while keeping customer experience uniform across its network.

“As the region continues to thrive, Isuzu Philippines and IZU South Motors remain steadfast in supporting Zamboanga’s growth and progress,” said IPC Department Head for Dealer Sales Mario Ojales. He reiterated Isuzu’s role as a “Responsible Partner” to businesses and communities by delivering reliable light commercial vehicles and trucks built for daily work demands.

The IOS-compliant dealership sits on a 3,396-square-meter site and features a modern 197-square-meter showroom with a clean, global-standard facade. The space can display three light commercial vehicles and one commercial vehicle, presenting Isuzu’s lineup in a streamlined, professional setting.

Customer convenience and service capacity headline the upgrade. The dealership now boasts a spacious Customer and Sales Lounge for consultations, financing discussions, and service coordination.

At the back end, a 1,200-square-meter service area delivers operational muscle, equipped with seven service bays for LCVs and two dedicated truck bays to accommodate both individual buyers and fleet clients.

“This new IOS dealership reflects our drive to raise service standards and put customers first,” said IZU South Motors Corporation General Manager Patrick Lee, noting the outlet’s role in supporting Zamboanga’s expanding commercial activity.

With IOS-compliant dealerships rolling out nationwide, IPC is reinforcing its reputation for durability, efficiency, and dependable after-sales care—positioning the brand strongly as it edges closer to completing its Road to 50 expansion plan.

From January to November, Isuzu sold 15,912 units, making it the sixth topselling brand in the Philippines.
