Fuel oil retails for more beginning a little after midnight Monday under latest adjustments announced by the various oil retailers.
Seaoil has increased its per liter price by P1.10 for gasoline but cut the price of its kerosene by P0.35 per liter.
Clean Fuel, PTT and Jetti raised the price of their gasoline by P1.10 per liter as did Chevron Philippines Inc. whose fuel price for its Platinum and Silver gasoline brands were raised by the same token.
Caltex kerosene, however, is priced P0.35 lower per liter but made no adjustment on its diesel product.
According to the Department of Energy (DOE), the average price of gasoline (RON91) in Manila is P58.80 per liter, P53.55 for diesel and P67.28 for kerosene.
DOE data show year-to-date net cut of P5.05 per liter for diesel and P6.40 per liter for kerosene but a net increase of P5 per liter for gasoline.
