Ayala Land Offices (ALO) has secured global digital healthcare provider Eucalyptus for its Click Space flexible workspace platform, underscoring the Philippines’ growing appeal as a destination for high-value, technology-driven outsourcing and knowledge-based services.
Eucalyptus operates in the fast-expanding healthtech space, delivering end-to-end telehealth services through a digitally integrated model that blends healthcare delivery with advanced technology. Unlike traditional BPO operations, its setup falls under the higher-skilled knowledge process outsourcing (KPO) segment, requiring specialized talent, secure infrastructure, and enterprise-grade work environments.
The company’s move into an ALO property highlights rising demand for office spaces designed for data-sensitive and highly specialized operations, where reliability, scalability, and digital readiness are critical.
“We are pleased to welcome Eucalyptus to Click Space,” said Hamm Katipunan, president of Ayala Land Offices. “As companies evolve toward more specialized and technology-driven operations, the role of the workplace also shifts. It is no longer just about space, but about creating an environment that supports performance, reliability, and long-term growth.”
ALO has been positioning its portfolio to attract multinational firms in healthcare, fintech, and global capability centers, particularly those requiring strong digital infrastructure and flexible expansion options. Its Click Space offering provides plug-and-play offices that can be scaled as business needs evolve, aligning with hybrid and rapidly changing operational models.
The deal, facilitated by CBRE Philippines, further reinforces the Philippines’ competitiveness in attracting experience-driven, knowledge-intensive outsourcing work, as global firms increasingly move up the value chain toward specialized services.
Industry observers note that such moves signal a broader shift in the country’s outsourcing sector—from volume-based services to higher-value, innovation-led operations anchored on digital health, finance, and analytics capabilities.
