Jollibee strengthened its standing as one of the Philippines’ leading consumer brands after winning 11 awards at the 2026 Marketing Excellence Awards, led by a Gold award for Marketing Team of the Year.
The fast-food giant was recognized across digital commerce, customer engagement, content, influencer marketing, advertising, and mobile marketing, highlighting the breadth of its efforts to reach consumers across an increasingly fragmented digital landscape.
The Jollibee App led the company’s digital showing, winning Gold for Excellence in Omnichannel Marketing, along with Silver awards for Excellence in e-Commerce Marketing and Launch Marketing, and Bronze for Excellence in Performance Marketing.
Other campaigns also scored top honors. National Day of Joy won Gold for Customer Engagement, while Jollibee Joy Run took Gold for Mobile Marketing.
Jolly Takam Shots, JolliCreators, and GameJoy Combos also received recognition, while Marketing Vice President Dorothy Ching was named Marketing Leader of the Year.
The awards add to Jollibee’s recent run of recognition in digital marketing. The company also won at the YouTube Works Awards Philippines for its 2025 Christmas campaign, Buo ang Saya ng Pasko, which took the Multiformat Storytelling award and finished second runner-up for Best of Philippines.
The string of wins points to a marketing strategy that increasingly blends physical and digital consumer experiences, from mobile ordering and e-commerce to creator-led content and experiential campaigns.
For a mass-market brand competing for consumers’ attention across more platforms, the challenge is no longer simply to make advertising memorable. It is to make every consumer interaction, from discovering a product to ordering and participating in a campaign, part of a consistent brand experience.
Jollibee’s latest awards suggest the company is increasingly treating marketing as an ecosystem rather than a collection of individual campaigns.
