Globe rolls out Starlink Mobile with global tech partners, connecting remote Filipinos

Globe is expanding Starlink Mobile coverage with leading tech firms and device makers, bringing satellite-to-mobile service to remote areas beyond traditional cell tower reach.

Apps like Messenger and Google Maps are optimized for satellite use, while major brands including Samsung, Xiaomi, Oppo and others ensure broad device compatibility. Globe completed coverage of all 180 DICT target sites in July, including 52 previously unserved areas.

Starlink Mobile plans start at ₱99 (30 days: 2GB data + 100 texts) and ₱299 (90 days: 10GB + 500 texts). The service supports connectivity in remote communities and emergencies.
