PHirst Park Homes Inc. awarded two buyers their reserved house-and-lot units for free in the first draw of its nationwide #OwnTheDream raffle promotion, while also recognizing its top-performing sales teams during its Mid-Year Sales Awards.
The first-home brand of Century Properties Group announced the winners during the Aug. 12, 2026 event, which honored leading brokers, sales agents, managers, and directors following strong first-half reserved and booked sales across key growth areas.
The raffle is part of PHirst’s effort to make homeownership more accessible to Filipino families, including overseas Filipino workers, by easing some of the financial burden of buying a property.
Genuino Andaya Epino, a local buyer at PHirst Park Homes Calamba West, and E-Jay Ramirez Baisas, an overseas Filipino worker who reserved a property at PHirst Park Homes San Pablo East, were named the first grand prize winners.
The draw was conducted under the supervision of a representative from the Department of Trade and Industry.
Sales teams assigned to the winning accounts received ceremonial prizes on behalf of the homeowners during the event. The agents responsible for the winning accounts were also awarded a 100-percent commission bonus, effectively doubling their commissions.
The awards and raffle draw capped PHirst’s first-half sales activities, highlighting the role of its sales network in reaching more first-time homebuyers.
