Passengers traveling through Ninoy Aquino International Airport Terminal 2 can now access expanded food and shopping choices following the official launch of new establishments at the North Wing departure airside. The addition provides travelers with more places to eat, rest, and make last-minute purchases after passing through security.
The newly opened spaces feature a mix of popular food brands and travel retail across two levels. Kenny Rogers Roasters and Seattle’s Best Coffee operate on the second floor, while Paris Baguette, General’s Lechon, and Travel Hub are located on the mezzanine level. The cozy mezzanine section includes large glass windows overlooking the passenger waiting area, allowing travelers to enjoy their meals or coffee while keeping an eye on the terminal below and checking flight details on nearby display screens.
For passengers looking to purchase gifts or travel necessities, Travel Hub offers a selection of local souvenir items, snacks, and personal goods. The expanded options represent a notable upgrade for the departure area, which previously provided limited choices for waiting passengers.
The retail expansion is part of broader terminal enhancements managed by private operator New NAIA Infra Corp., which assumed control of the airport in September 2024 under a public-private partnership. Alongside the retail and dining additions, ongoing airport improvements include upgrades to passenger facilities, boarding areas, ground transport access, and overall flight handling capacity to accommodate rising passenger numbers.
