Ayala Land Premier (ALP) has begun turning over units at Gardencourt Residences, bringing its garden-centered residential concept to life at Arca South, the 74-hectare mixed-use estate in Taguig.
The development, ALP’s second in the estate, spans 2.1 hectares and comprises five mid-rise towers arranged around a 5,000-square-meter courtyard. Its first tower, Molave, contains 134 units. As of the third week of October, 13 homeowners had accepted their units, the developer said.
Gardencourt places landscaped open spaces at the center of residential life, with lawns, pathways, a pool complex and jogging routes shaping the shared environment. The East and West Lawns contribute 1,035 square meters of additional open space, offering residents room for outdoor activities and quieter moments away from their homes.
Residences range from 68 to 261 square meters, with each floor accommodating up to 12 units. Expansive windows, balconies and high ceilings are designed to draw natural light indoors while maintaining visual connections to the surrounding greenery. Molave also features a Sky Garden, extending the development’s emphasis on outdoor spaces beyond ground level.
The interiors of the Fitness Center, Garden Pavilion, Garden Lobby and Sky Terrace were designed by Singapore-based Habitus Design Group, building on the original concept by HB Design. The team combined tactile materials, custom furnishings, planting and local artwork to carry the landscape-inspired approach into communal spaces.
“At Gardencourt, we wanted the experience of nature to extend beyond the garden and into the way residents move through and experience each space,” said Samantha Drummond, Habitus’ creative founder.
The project also draws on Arca South’s growing mix of retail, dining, healthcare and recreational destinations, including Ayala Malls Arca South, Landers, Healthway Cancer Care Hospital and Arca South Pitch.
Connectivity is another part of the estate’s proposition, with access to the South Luzon Expressway and C-5. Planned transport projects could further improve accessibility as the district develops, although their eventual impact will depend on implementation.
Gardencourt combines low-rise living, landscaped communal areas and access to an emerging urban center in one residential offering.
